Underprojected Nasal tip
Objectives: Projection of nasal tip. The nose looks as if pressed by a glass. It appears to be a dorsal hump reduction case, however; a deeper analysis shows nasal underprojection. Technical Information: Open rhinoplasty, tongue-in-groove, autologous septum graft, nose projection with on-lay peck graft.
