These cases show collumella septum deviation, i.e. nasal base deviations, also referred to as vestibular deviations, which result in difficulties breathing through the nose and in some cases, aesthetic issues.
The septum deviation (from the nasal base) was corrected. These pictures illustrate the achieved modifications which, though minimal, result in a breathing and aesthetic improvement.
The picture taken from the nasal base is very useful for the appreciation of the pathology.
